Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and payment related requests are processed for online courses, educational programs, and digital learning services available on our platform.

General Policy

All payments made towards course enrollment, online training programs, certifications, workshops, and digital educational services are subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Since our platform primarily delivers digital educational content, access to enrolled courses may be provided immediately after successful payment verification.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible refund period, if applicable.
  • Refunds may be approved only when course access has not been substantially used.
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
  • Technical payment failures resulting in unsuccessful enrollment will be reviewed and resolved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non Refundable Situations

  • Course has been fully accessed or completed.
  • Certificates have already been issued.
  • Refund requested after the applicable refund period.
  • Incorrect purchase made by the user without technical issues.
  • Violation of platform terms or misuse of course materials.

Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation before course access is activated, wherever applicable. Once access to digital learning materials has been granted, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

The platform reserves the right to cancel any enrollment in case of payment verification issues, duplicate registrations, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform policies.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refund requests are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days. Actual credit timelines depend upon the respective bank or payment service provider.
