This Service Delivery Policy explains how digital educational services, online courses, certificates, and other learning resources are delivered through our Learning Management System.

Digital Learning Services

Our platform provides digital educational services including free courses, paid courses, training programs, online assessments, downloadable study materials, certificates, and other educational resources. No physical products are shipped through this website.

Course Access After Payment

Once a payment is successfully completed and verified through our payment gateway, the enrolled course will normally be activated automatically in the user's account.

In some situations such as manual verification, promotional offers, institutional enrollments, or technical maintenance, activation may take up to 24 hours.

Access to Learning Materials

Certificate Delivery

Certificates are issued only after the successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all eligibility requirements, including assessments or minimum completion criteria where applicable.

Certificates are delivered digitally through the user's dashboard and may also be available for download.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your payment has been successfully completed but course access has not been granted within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your payment reference number and registered email address. Our team will verify the transaction and activate your enrollment as soon as possible.
